Nice, user friendly computer.

I had Geek Squad transfer all my data from my old computer and when I came home I was up and running in no time. My last laptop was also a Lenovo and I find them to be user friendly and pretty intuitive. Love the touch screen.

Cause its difficult to keep it in lap for sometime and also difficult to carry around in your backpack

Disappointing

Number 1, the computer will not connect to my printer. I took it into the Geek Squad. They disconnected the Microsoft PDF and one other pre-downloaded printer connection and said if I want them to repair it, they will have to have the computer in their shop for at least 2-3 days-the computer is an essential work life resource, so I took it home and the computer will still not connect to my printer. 2) I thought the battery was meant to last all day; 2-4 hours is the best I get. Overall, this computer does not live up to my expectations and I am not happy with Geek Squad at the moment, either.

The Essential Geek Squad!

I also really appreciate the Geek Squad! That membership has been totally worth it- I just call them and make an appointment. They stay on time with your appointment, they understand all the tech issues, and they clarify your options, not to mention sometimes doing miracles. They saved my phone on one occasion, brought my old laptop back from the blue screen of death, and they always just take time to explain systems to me. They do it all. Johnny, Alvin, Mike and Syria- I couldn't keep up with tech without them!
