    Just started using - so far, so good if you don't count Win11 and Edge. God size on the go. Bought large monitor for desk. Last Lenovo laptop was a lemon - this seems great.

    Seems to be ok. Still awaiting software install. What i have loaded is just fine. Windows 11 is a pain. Josh the Geek manager was great

    The laptop is great other than the fact that we been having some issues with the touch screen where it seems that the touch feature goes to sleep and you have to touch it multiple times to get it back up and running. Other than that everything works great

To try to resolve this touch issue, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem.     Old Guy here, took 2 days to figure out how to turn off the narrator... support is awesome, and chat bot is great after I figured out how to use it. Plus, I'm from WV so, English is not my first language.. Hillbilly is...
