Great product. The laptops perform well for daily use, multitasking, and light creative work, handling multiple applications and browser tabs without significant lag. The latest models with Intel Core Ultra or AMD Ryzen AI processors are particularly snappy.

Have had computer for a few weeks now. It is easy to use. The Face ID option it has to unlock the computer is great. I’ve been able to upload photos from my phone easily, as well as transferring some items from an external hard drive. I’ve only had to charge it twice, the battery life is amazing.

Love the size of the screen and the ease of use. Fast and reliable.

I recently purchased this as a new laptop for personal and business use. Its fast, efficient and easy to use. I love the larger screen and keyboard that includes number pad. Im still figuring out some of the things it does and excited to use it to its full capacity.

Love this laptop! Its very fast and for what I do with computers its definitely what I needed! I don't hold the operating system against any of them as most or all come with Windows 11! I was able to remove the onedrive feature that stores all my files on the cloud, (must be done before you go online) while setting it up! Must do your research if your like me and don't want that feature! I also did away with the automatic update feature and I put a app in it that makes it look like Windows 7! Love It!

Great product and easy to use as a laptop or ipad. Battery life and speed are what I needed when I am working on a project requiring help from other personnel.

Ive had this laptop for about two months and have had no issues. The big screen, the fact that it can convert into to a a tablet and has touch screen capabilities make it an all around great device.

This is hands down my favorite laptop I’ve ever owned. It’s extremely versatile, fast, and dependable. I use it every day for work, and it keeps up perfectly with multitasking and daily demands. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable work laptop.

I've always been a HP girl and would still recommend. I did not want to switch to a Lenovo but my laptop had been severely damaged and I needed one badly. The salesman and my husband convinced me to try something different. I did not like it at first but boy do I love it now! It has EVERYTHING I need and a bigger screen, its faster and connects to all my devices. I just have to figure out the pen situation.

Absolutely love this laptop due to the ease of the keyboard the speed of it and the brilliantly, beautiful graphics. Popping it is so much easier than my old one it's lighter. The backlight on the keyboard makes it easier to work in any setting of your home. Unlike my old laptop it connects so quickly to the internet. I was blown away how easy it was to connect my multifunction printer without any issues. I am really happy I stopped internet shopping and walked into Best Buy. The young lady opened my eyes after I told her my must for a laptop. I was shown three and decided on this one.

I haven’t used it too much, but am happy with this laptop so far. Usually a fan of HP, but liked the price point on this a lot more. Seems to run very well and set up was a breeze. A little heavy, but nothing too bad compared to some computers I’ve previously owned.

Every detail of this laptop is great. The screen is crisp and clear. The keys illuminate and have a good feel. The boot up and processor speed are quick. The exterior metal is substantial and yet the unit has very thin profile.

I am very happy with this computer. I had a macbook. Thought i would have a hard time with the Windows but it has been surprisingly easy. I like the larger screen also.

Overall, it’s a great option if you want a powerful, flexible laptop with a high-quality screen. Good balance between performance and design.

I initially bought this so I would use my other laptop just for school. My term has just started and I use thís for school and everything thing else. It's so easy to use and so far everything is wonderful! My 19 yeàr loved it so much I bought her a Dell 2n1 just so we wouldn't have the same computer.I just purchased a Lenovo Pen to use with this so maybe I could write my essays and other papers in my own handwriting!
