Fast response / good pic / works great / geek squad understaffed and slow Our seller was very knowledgeable and we were sold in about 7 minutes. Only complaint is when I purchased I had to wait over an hour in a line to get unit in geek squad to leave it to get purchased apps added. Seems is you buy it then you should shoot to front of line.

Very happy with this laptop. The Lenovo Yoga is reliable, versatile, and has a sharp screen with solid battery life. Highly recommended.

I love this laptop. The screen is a little bigger then the 15 inch, it works very well. I love that you can actually see the keyboard with the light built in. When you shut it down and close the lid, when you open it again it comes on automatically. The only downside is the power button on the side, I keep hitting it and the screen shuts down and you have to hit the enter key to log back in.

I really enjoy this laptop! As a college student, I found it game changing to be able to be able to flip the screen back and use as a tablet for PowerPoint note taking and annotating things. I am always using the touch screen features for something and will never get another laptop that doesn’t have this future. The only reason I put this as 4 stars is because I have had an issue twice where the setting was changed without me intentionally doing it and the mouse disappeared. One time it occurred in the middle of me typing a project and the second time I was turning it on before class started and it was just gone. It’s an easy fix once you know what the problem was but it took a hot minute for me to find it on google. I am sure there is a key or something that causes this problem that I am not aware of, and definitely would still buy the product again!

So far, this device has met all my expectations for a laptop and then some. As I went in person for this purchase, I can state that the employees I interacted with were helpful and professional, and they helped me to understand how to get the best deal to suit my needs. I look forward to being able to use this laptop for some time to come.

I am unfamiliar with this brand so I was a little skeptical, but so far so good! It is a very clean design and feels durable. It is much faster than my old one for sure.

I transitioned from decades on a desktop system (with Windows 10, Edge, & a non-functioning Microsoft 365 & One Drive) to this new Lenovo Yoga laptop (with Windows 11, Chrome & a fully functional 365 & One Drive). Thank you to Best Buy's Geek Squad for getting me up & running with new equipment so quickly. This new laptop has much faster processing speed than my old system. To be honest, I'm not using the touchscreen much simply because I have used only a mouse in the past, but I look forward to mastering it when I have more time this winter. The keyboards flat keys (instead of indented ones) gave me some trouble initially but I'm quickly becoming accustomed to them. Really the only thing problematic is the top row of function keys. I have poor eyesight & struggle to find just the right head & neck position to make out the icons on these keys. Eventually I will memorize them.

I absolutely love this computer! I bought it to replace my old Lenovo Yoga that I bought in 2019, and it feels like a major upgrade! For the large size, it is still pretty light weight, and it is a pretty powerful computer for the affordable price I got it at. I highly recommend this laptop for college students that would like to get more storage and memory for a lower cost than if it were a Mac with the same specs.

Easy to use, fast. The touchscreen is a great feature.

It's a good laptop that can handle a medium workload. I edit videos with programs like After Effects, and it runs fine. I am also an avid gamer who greatly enjoys a custom gaming experience. This computer can run Sims 4 with mods fairly well, even if the start-up time is about a minute. Overall meets my needs a film and video student.

This laptop is great for basic internet use as well as games. It was very easy to setup for a non computer expert such as myself. It also has a fast speed. Very pleased with purchase.

I am no computer geek but upgraded to this. My Dell laptop would not support Windows 11 and was running quite slow. This has WAY more storage and is very fast. I'm pleased.

Very fast, fantastic resolution, love the fold flat ability to be used as a drawing tablet or just s regular tablet. The audio isn't the best, but i don't use it to stream anything beyond a YouTube video, and I'm usually wearing earbuds.
