So far so good

But I like to edit videos for a hobby and wasnt able to do it anymore on my old Macbook. It wasnt capable of updates or quick editing. I came in to get something completely different and went towards Lenovo for their bright colors and large screen. I love this laptop. Microsoft has been one of my favorite softwares, so this laptop is perfect for me. And it has a fingerprint spot to unlock the computer which is a cool feature. I was able to edit my video with so much ease with this upgrade from Apple.

The extra weight was unremarkable and it fit easily into my personal item small backpack. Performance is snappy as expected with the components of this model.

It is fast, easy to use w/ lighted background keys, and opens and goes to sleep very easily. Wish I could say the same about my human side. Anyway, I am very satisfied w/ it and w/ Geek's help in understanding its keys and setting up my wireless printer. Thanks Best Buy and the Geek Squad. Erik P.

I can run the battery for about 2-3 days, the display is clear and is scratch resistant for the pen feature, which is a huge plus for complex engineering equations. Speed is there, but with lots of applications it does slow down.

I upgraded the RAM to 32 GB, which noticeably enhanced speed and multitasking capabilities. While the upgrade process was initially challenging—Best Buy technicians twice brought incompatible RAM—I ultimately sourced the correct modules myself and completed the installation without issue. Once configured, the system ran efficiently and met all expectations. The only minor drawback was the fan noise, which was noticeable in a quiet home office setting but not disruptive. Unfortunately, the unit was lost during the severe flooding caused by the 2024 hurricanes. Until then, it was a dependable and capable machine that served our household well.
