Love this computer. I purchased nine of these computers for my small animal veterinary and clinic and I love them. They meet all the requirements for our cloud-based software management program, don't take up a lot space, and are significantly faster than our old computers.

Setup was lengrhy but easy, like usual. Touchscreen is very nice and easy to use. Internal speakers are slightly lacking but wasnt expecting surround sound quality either. All in all, happy with my purchase. Battery life is good but not great.

Great laptop computer! This checks all of my boxes for a solid computer. Plus I got 12 month zero intetest using my Best Buy card. Super happy with overall experience.

I still am learning, very nice picture and speed, hoping to get many years before an upgrade is needed, always great service at Best Buy, you tell them what you are looking for and they suggest what is best, I spent a little more to buy geek squad

Bought this for my daughter. She’s happy with it. So I bought this because it goes in tablet mode. I thought she could play mobile games on it. Didn’t realize it can’t play them. Ugh. I thought tablet mode meant it became a “tablet.” I feel dumb. Now I have to buy a tablet to play her games. Oh and when she plays Roblox. The battery only lasts 2 hours!!! That game really drains the battery! The laptop has a gaming mode which is good. Before the game lagged. But once she put it in gaming mode it was fine.

Very happy with computer. Very unhappy wit HP printer and would not recommend. They have frozen my ability to print after 8 copies and never sent the the set of free cassettes that were included in the purchase. I turn it off when not in use and getting emails from them to turn it back on - DO NOT RECOMMEND. unfortunately too late to return or I would have Will have to take to the Geeks to try to get them disconnected and the chips in the ink disconnected. will see what brand they recommend purchasing. Would add pictures but this is on computer not on phone so not able to photograph

I bought this laptop to use when working remotely running our residential service business. I had hopes it would move at least as quick as my phone does, let me tell you this thing powers up quickly, loads all applications quickly and gets the job done. There is no delay in the processor speed with multiple applications open, multiple internet browsers open and music playing it just keeps processing away. The battery will last about 6 hours if you have a lot of applications going at one time but that is expected if you are burning though the power supply. Overall, this is a great laptop!!

The best laptop at an affordable price. Overall its a good laptop, its easy to use for classwork and is light weight so not bad to carry.

Bought this updated laptop for our small home business. We found the display to be crisp and clear, the keyboard comfortable featuring a number pad which is a bonus. So far, we have found it to be a solid and reliable computer for productivity and media without breaking the bank.

This laptop has been great. I love the size and the functionality of it is great, very fast and battery lasts for days. I bought for school work and zoom meetings (camera has good quality video, and sound). Touchscreen is very responsive and I have had no issues with it. Love it! Would recommend it.

This is my 2nd Lenovo Yoga to buy from Best Buy. The first one was about 8 years ago. Bought this one so i could run Windows 11. So far it performs as expected. The first one was a little lighter and smaller, but also had a smaller screen.
