At first I was struggling with the computer,I called for an appointment because I was not properly comfortable with it. Didnt know how to turn it on/off. So I went in for the appointment, Did have problems with the person who was suppose to help,his attitude was not someone I would buy a computer from. His started to get sassy and impatient with me. I stood my grounds after buying a computer that cost $900, not knowing that the computer needed to be updated and I had to purchase the Microsoft program $150. But thank God, the Manager came to my rescue and understood my frustration. He helped update the programs and prepare my computer so I could do my assignments from college. I personally owe him a big ALOHA!

You have a standard laptop or you flip it and have a 16" tablet that you can play games, surf or watch videos. Seems very responsive and I have recommended this to family.

Best Laptop Ever.

The battery life is amazing. I don't have to wait for it to load up when I log in. It doesn't get hot if I'm on while playing games. I can have several tabs open and its performance doesn't drag. Best laptop I have every had.

I like the ability to connect 2 external displays, but will also run the laptop screen as a 3rd if you wish. The power port is also another video port so I use 1 HDMI and 1 USB-C port. The video response is great, the ability to use my work applications is plenty. The use of a touchscreen display is a bonus when I need to go on the road. Great laptop for the price.

The screen is vibrant and the keypad is one of the easiest I’ve ever used. The camera is excellent for video conference calls. I have experienced no lag or issues since the day I bought it. The shining star here is the battery even with moderate use. I charge it every two days
