Purchased the Lenova YOGA computer. At first I was struggling with the computer,I called for an appointment because I was not properly comfortable with it. Didnt know how to turn it on/off. So I went in for the appointment, Did have problems with the person who was suppose to help,his attitude was not someone I would buy a computer from. His started to get sassy and impatient with me. I stood my grounds after buying a computer that cost $900, not knowing that the computer needed to be updated and I had to purchase the Microsoft program $150. But thank God, the Manager came to my rescue and understood my frustration. He helped update the programs and prepare my computer so I could do my assignments from college. I personally owe him a big ALOHA!

The versatility of the device is awesome. You have a standard laptop or you flip it and have a 16" tablet that you can play games, surf or watch videos. Seems very responsive and I have recommended this to family.

Long lasting battery, perfect for college and can run multiple tabs great for multitasking

I can say I’m actually surprised with how well this laptop performs. I got it for school and I also play games, so from Call of Duty, Fortnite, and WoW it performs so well. No issues at all and the quality is amazing. I also like the flexibility to flip the screen to watch movies.

Great laptop computer! This checks all of my boxes for a solid computer. Plus I got 12 month zero intetest using my Best Buy card. Super happy with overall experience.

The laptop performs well and is very quick. The battery life is good and it has a sharp display.

I bought this because I loved my previous (smaller) Yoga. My only issue is it is heavier - apart from that my issues are more with the Office 365 software than the laptop itself. It took me weeks to set up again - even little things like seeing a calendar in the date/time window. I tried unsuccessfully to reset Outlook to previous version. Full marks to Lenovo for creating a very user-friendly machine.

Very happy with computer. Very unhappy wit HP printer and would not recommend. They have frozen my ability to print after 8 copies and never sent the the set of free cassettes that were included in the purchase. I turn it off when not in use and getting emails from them to turn it back on - DO NOT RECOMMEND. unfortunately too late to return or I would have Will have to take to the Geeks to try to get them disconnected and the chips in the ink disconnected. will see what brand they recommend purchasing. Would add pictures but this is on computer not on phone so not able to photograph

Works very well for school. Flipping the screen and using an external keyboard board is very easy and nice

Fast, comfortable keyboard, works well for what I need for my remote job. This Lenovo feels sturdier than other brands I've had, maybe a tad heavier, but it's worth it because it doesn't feel like it'll fall apart easily - my last laptop's hinges broke.

Switched from a desktop computer, still getting used to the laptop. Portabilty is a plus. It can be a little too sensitive and I have to be careful with the cursur. Once I get fully familiar with all the little differences, I'm sure I will be very happy with my purchase.

So far, it is running so very smoothly an I don't think I am saying that because of what I was tolerating with my old computer. Customer service was excellent!

Loving this laptop so far, great keyboard nice and fast. Screen is solid. Only bad thing is the web cam is terrible but I've come to expect that with windows laptops. Overall I would recommend this laptop.

Excellent computer. Of course it's new, but it works great, and solid. Battery last for a very long time before have to charge again.

This laptop is just the best for any type of work that a person will do day-to-day. It is so efficient and portable with the 360 round tablet option and I love the touchscreen. It’s so efficient with the fingerprint and the face recognition for the password settings. I love it all around.
