Easy to use, light weight and touch screen. l are all great features. It is a little big for me as I wanted a smaller laptop. However, the price I paid and the specs I got it was well worth buying a little big.

Like the screen resolution and the backlit keyboard. Moving data to the new device was simple. Laptop is heavier than I expected and the alarm in the store prevented discovering this.

As with every new computer there is a learning curve. What made the difference was the Geek Squad team that made recommendations, transferred my data from my old computer and was there for helping me understand things when I hit a learning wall.

I am currently seeking a similar model with a 14-inch display for myself. It would be even more ideal if it featured an i9 processor, 32 GB of RAM, and RTX graphics.

It was a best buy!

I like the features, and the facial recognition sign-in. Lots for me to still learn. Only thing I don't care for is Lenovo continually trying to upsell me on their services. I use it for college and the ability of being able to flip is AMAZING!! Espically for reading for english and taking notes! It is fast speed and good for a little gaming too! I play a little bit of sims 4 and it runs smoothiy. I have custom content and it runs perfect with that too.

Pros: Design & Color: Sleek look, and the Storm Grey color is nicer in person than in pictures. Screen: Decent 2K panel — nothing spectacular, but serviceable. Price: On sale, it’s a fair value. Cons: Battery Life: Advertised at over 20 hours, but I consistently saw closer to 7–8 hours. For my use case (work travel, unplugged all week), that’s an unacceptable dip. Performance: OK overall, but slower than I’m used to — especially when running on battery power. Value: At full price, I wouldn’t recommend it. Bottom Line: The Yoga 7i has a nice design and works fine for office tasks, but the battery life and performance don’t match the marketing. Worth it on sale, but not at full retail.

To start, there are many variables that contribute to shorter battery life. Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.
