Never owned a Lenova until now and I have NO complaints. I spent a couple days setting it up to replace my old Dell and it's quick and responsive. I've only had it a few weeks but so far so good. Christian Shaw was very helpful, he gets 5 ***** Really appreciate illuminated keyboards.

It’s always a good sign when the person selling you a computer says your new laptop is their ideal computer. Easy to use, light weight and touch screen. l are all great features. It is a little big for me as I wanted a smaller laptop. However, the price I paid and the specs I got it was well worth buying a little big.

It is an excellent computer, I bought it in clearance 400$ off. I don't have any complaint about this product.

Love my new Lenovo Yoga 16" laptop! It is faster than my last laptop and the screen is clear and vibrant. So far I could not ask for better! The consultant at the store was quite helpful and directed me to this computer when another model was out of stock. Same features, lower price and a win for me!

Wife loves this laptop for school. Had to get a new one within the first week for a problem with the finger print scanner. Over a year later we are again having problems with the Microsoft sign in, tech support said we would have to factory reset the entire laptop to fix. This is the second time it happened. Not sure if it's driver related. Haven't had this problem with my other laptop. Otherwise it's been great for her. She uses the touch screen and pen for writing on her notes and such. Boots up and loads programs quickly.

Does a good job at a fair price. The first one died after a week, and the Geek Squad couldn't revive it. They gave me a replacement with no hassle. Sometimes it happens, usually if electronics fail it will be within a few days, or after many years. Very happy with Best Buy.

I absolutely love this compture. I use it for college and the ability of being able to flip is AMAZING!! Espically for reading for english and taking notes! It is fast speed and good for a little gaming too! I play a little bit of sims 4 and it runs smoothiy. I have custom content and it runs perfect with that too.

I love this laptop. I had a HP for many years, but this Lenovo is more powerful and easy to use for sure!

Purchased it for my partner, she’s always like this model of computer. It’s a workhorse and so impressive especially when using the touchscreen. Almost tempting enough to consider it for myself.
