This is used for home and a notary public signing agent business. This is the first time I've owned a Lenovo and I love everything about it. And everything comes up fast. As with all laptops nowadays there are not a lot of outlets but then, if one is needed you can buy all kinds of connectors. This was an open box but everything seems new to me.

Excellent product! At first I doubted its quality, but after using it I was surprised to see how beautiful and powerful it is. I love that it has fingerprint unlocking and face recognition, very good quality materials, and a backlit keyboard that is very elegant and useful in low light. I truly recommend it 100%. And what's more, the YOGA-style flexibility of its screen makes it very special.

I was looking for a touch laptop with AI spec. This laptop is good, 360° rotatable, touch, usable as tab, metallic finish one. Weights a bit more but that's manageable. Yet to do heavy task like gaming and more AI related tasks so would comment for it later.

Thankfully, I had purchased the extended warranty. The repair process was smooth—Lenovo’s customer service was helpful, and they guided me through every step. I shipped it out, and it was repaired and returned quickly. The warranty definitely saved me from an expensive repair bill. My only complaint is that I wish the warranty process allowed for in-store fixes instead of shipping it out, but overall, it’s a great investment to protect such a versatile device. Good laptop feels a bit heavy and big but does the work for you. Good for entertainment and school work. Not for gaming. Display quality is good but could use some more brightness. Update the windows once you get this otherwise you will feel like it's lagging.
