    Better than anything computer I've had. It has some issues I can't explain yet. Keyboard is far up. CSR on the phone told me I had to pay a restocking fee. I guess he thought it was very funny. I did not. I had to bring one laptop back as the hinges were very stiff. I brought it in the store and asked them what they thought. They said it's not supposed to be like that, to return it. So I did and I got a slightly different one. I think they didn't have the exact same one or something. I was within that 10 or 14 day return window. I went to the Best Buy when I got back home and talked to that manager about it, he said I should not have been told that. Not sure if it's off my bill or not. I just think it is insane they'd tell that anyway when I brought it back based on store employees suggestions. If you call a Best Buy store, it routes you to some place on the other side of the planet. It's terrible! It's a waste of time.

    The laptop just wasn't for me. I couldn't get used to it. I did have to charge it every other day, but I don't know if that is normal. I'm just a desktop person. would I recommend it I don't know since I just don't like the laptops. I never had a problem with it and it was easy to find my stuff.

    Love the laptop. Its really good for just about anything you need. Touchscreen is nice. Colors are bright. Works with about any stylus in tablet mode. I frequently use it in its triangle mode when presenting things.
