It’s good but also not good

I’m certain websites like ChatGPT. Idk why it does that. My sister has the same one and she experienced the same issue but in other websites she needed use for school. She even got a replacement after like 2 months cause customer service said it shouldn’t be having this issue with a new laptop. I really like the little eye when opening up the laptop. It looks around for you if you have face recognition enabled and smiles when recognizes. Really cute. Kind of what got both me and my sister hooked not gonna lie. But you can get by with school stuff just fine other than occasional lag.

Fit and finish is great, hinges feel solid and touch is responsive. I bought open box, excellent. I suspect the charger is off brand but overall happy. I haven't had it long enough to tell how I feel about the off center track pad but it seems okay for now.

Very good laptop abd seems to be durable
