The first one died after a week, and the Geek Squad couldn't revive it. They gave me a replacement with no hassle. Sometimes it happens, usually if electronics fail it will be within a few days, or after many years. Very happy with Best Buy.

Touchpad, touch screen and speed except ther is a sensitivity on the right side of the computet and screen that causes the screen to go black requiring a number of keys to be presses. When it comes back we must enter the windows unlock code. Probably take it back to see if BB can fix it. It isn’t notifications.

What may be happening is that you are pressing the power button on the right side of the computer, which will put the computer in sleep mode and lock the device (depending on device settings). I wish everything would be in place as it was with font size, etc., Geek Squad did the best they could. My irritation is getting the Windows 11 and not knowing of the bugs within it. I have to back out of my computer and restart every time I go into it. Geek tech answered questions about this saying Microsoft knows of it and should be fixing the issue. That's bad business for us consumers. Provides a big distrust. As well, sometimes the communication to my printer is stymied.The star requests below can't be answered totally. I don't like the background pictures for my desktop. Too busy! I wanted another ASUS. None were available even with the Best Buy checking on his phone to find the same type as I had. That is/was a great unit. I had 2 in succession. Now I'll have to wait another 7 years or so to get something different/better? again.

Firstly, we would like to know more about the issue that is causing you to have to restart your system every time you go into it. Is there a program that is working incorrectly or having issues logging in?
Secondly, regarding the printer connection issues, we recommend checking that all available drivers are installed. These drivers can correct the connectivity issues that you are experiencing. We recommend checking the printer manufacturer's website to ensure that your system is up to date. Please also ensure that all available updates are installed through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings. These updates can correct the issues you are experiencing. To check for updates in Lenovo Vantage, start by launching the Lenovo Vantage app and selecting the “Check for updates” button on the right-hand side of the homepage. To check for Windows Updates, start by launching the Settings app, then selecting the Windows Update tab on the left-hand side of the page, finally select the “Check for updates’ button located in the top right of the page. After these updates are installed, please restart your device to ensure all program files are properly
Lastly, Windows 11 allows users to customize their wallpapers to your preferred photos. To start launch the Settings app, select the "Personalization" tab from the left-hand menu, then click "Background", from here you can choose photos you have in your laptop or another preinstalled photo.
