Very Nice For the Price Paid

The only thing that makes me drop it down a star is that sometimes the fingerprint reader won't read my fingerprint until I restart it. It is a lovely machine outside of that. The speed is excellent. I think the sound is great for my needs. The price point at which I purchased it was also excellent. I just wish the fingerprint reader was consistent.

It is quiet and has no problem handling normal tasks. Never tested battery life but seems to last a full day of applying for jobs. The 'yoga' features are nice to have even though barely used.

It doesn't get any better

I didn't need to do a thing. Before I left they transferred everything over to my new computer so I was up and running the same morning! Thank you Best Buy for all you do

Generally positive with a few annoyances

Very good battery life. Placement of the power button is problematic - along the right side of the computer near the USB ports; it is very easy to inadvertently put the machine to sleep when holding that side of the computer while plugging in a power or HDMI cord (ports on opposite side). The cursor occasionally randomly jumps across the screen - both when using the touchpad and when using a wireless USB mouse.

To start, we appreciate your comment regarding power button placement. This has been noted, as it may be considered for future design improvements.
With the cursor movement, others have found success with using the latest system drivers. We recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

Perfect for college studen

Lenovo rep was in the store that day, i told him what I needed and he showed me this laptop and 2 others. This one was at a better price point and met the checklist for my college student.
