Be careful with the delivery service.

The laptop was delivered to the wrong address and I got little to no help from FedEx or Best Buy in correcting the issue. The lap itself is wonderful once I finally received it.

But after only three months of use, the speaker started sounding garbled and the internal microphone stopped working altogether. I took it to Best Buy, and as usual, they immediately blamed “water damage,” which means they won’t take responsibility. This is definitely NOT water damage—I’ve never had it anywhere near water. It’s incredibly frustrating. They also told me that if I wanted it sent out for repair, it could take weeks, which simply doesn’t work for me. I need it for school and can not go without. Very disappointed in both the product and the support
