    I absolutely love this laptop! The only reason this didn’t get 5stars is because, while this is a touchscreen, trying to use the pad for the “mouse” it likes to lag moving the pointer on screen. So I ended up getting a Bluetooth mouse in order to not want to pick this laptop and throw it haha

    Jury is still out on whether or not this was a good buy. Battery stopped working and it has not been even 2 months. Luckily geek squad can help us out to get a replacement. Which is why I like buying my electronics at Best Buy. Definitely love the large monitor.

    First time buying a Lenovo. Updated due to recent expiration of Windows 10. I bought this brand based on reputation. Bought this particular model based on screen size, memory capacity and battery life. I am disappointed with the display colors. Colors are muted. What should be black is gray, such as text. I have made numerous attempts to adjust the colors to make them more vibrant, but the color options are extremely muted. Even took it to my IT person twice. He said that there was nothing that he could do because the color options are predetermined. The unfortunate part of this is that it makes visibility extremely difficult. Disappointed and frustrated.
