Happy with my Lenovo 7i 2 in 1 laptop.

The only issue I've had is with Best Buy and their price match. I've called twice over 2 months waiting for my $372 refund. Not happy about that. Last call i had to talk to 5 people.

Poor customer service at Geek service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product is ok, Geek customer service was poor I had left my old computer with charger at the geek squad desk and was documented When picked, I was told by the service personnel that I never left charger wire with the computer, he kept denied Once pressed , he did find the wire and returned back to me How is that possible? I think it is carelessness

The biggest problem is the mouse occasionally stops working. I cannot figure out how to fix it. So no, I wouldn't recommend it

To try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support for further assistance.

After they dialed in I had four credit cards that were compromised and one day. I've never had this happen before. Called but no response.

Power button is not in right place

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Power button has provided right side of the laptop, this is not a right place for power button, its keep of turning of when i lift my laptop or when i plug my head phones. Keyboard backlit is always turn on even laptop screen went in sleep mode, this is making drain battery faster. Numlock backlight is too shiny, you can reduce it. Left side USB's edge is too sharp, it can cut my fingers easily.
