I use it for my homework for college and schedule my appointments with it. The graphics are great, and the touch screen is a plus. The price was very affordable.

Good, but small glitch

The screen is gorgeous and the keyboard is reliable. When browsing, it is fast abd reliable. The same for doing office work. The only problems I have come across is that the screen will randomly turn black and log me out when the computer gets overwhelmed or freezes. I haven't even started doing school work yet! Thankfully, its only happened a couple of times. Will update if it becomes a major problem.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

The screen is bright and sharp, it’s fast, and the 2-in-1 design makes it really easy for her to use whether she’s typing or switching to tablet mode. Battery life has been solid so far, and she hasn’t had any issues learning how to use it. Great buy.

Good for the Money / It works
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I reluctantly bought this Lenovo because I tried a Lenovo gaming tower (for the horsepower) during Covid and it turned out to be so bad that Best Buy wouldn’t even trade it. However, this laptop, with all its features, turned out to exceed my expectations. It is built well and has the feel of quality. I’m not a gamer or movie producer but depend on Internet-based applications for home-based work and shopping. I can see the screen well enough for all my uses and decided to keep this laptop based on it’s price from Best Buy.

Everything has worked just fine so far. The battery life is a little weird- some times it will go down way faster than others even though I'm always using it for similar things. Also the battery seems to go down even when the laptop is asleep. Overall I am happy with it for the currently very basic tasks for which I am using it.
