2k screen resolution is fine, imo it does not look that good on 16” however. Screen size also higlights the low refresh rate (60hz) Color doesn’t look all that great but if you’re also a student who doesn’t need 100% sRGB then its fine. Never found myself using the 2-1 feature as a business major.

I am pleased wish this laptop. I wish it had a graphics card or one could be added because of a couple I play. The CPU is that powerful.

Poor Touchpad

Overall, the laptop is good, but the touchpad is awful. The right click on the lower right corner has a 50-50 chance of bringing up the right-click dialogue box or acting as a tap. I finally selected 2-finger tap for right click and this works much better.
The pad is sometimes extremely sensitive such that just a light touch makes a change and other times takes a firm tap after a light tap does not work.
This touchpad could drive me to go back to a mouse.
In retrospect, I got the Lenovo because it was more available than a Dell, but think I should have gotten the Dell.

To start, first, in Windows Settings, follow these steps to get to touchpad settings: Bluetooth & Devices > Touchpad. There should be an option to toggle touchpad options there, and please ensure it is on. Also, under the "Taps" option in this part of the menu, you can adjust touchpad sensitivity. If this doesn't do the trick, then try installing any available updates through the Lenovo Vantage app by selecting the "Check for updates" button on the homepage of the app. Then, check for updates in the Settings app by selecting the Windows Updates tab and selecting "Check for updates" button.

The touchpad mouse sticks so bad on the first 2 weeks, they are exchanging for new computer. The only negative to that is the moving over of the data for the second time in a month as this will be a replacement to an original computer that took two days to move the data. It was so full and now here we go again.

I like the computer, but I don’t like that it opens up windows on my home page. I can close one, but I can’t move the other one.
It changed my internet page and it won’t save my emails, I have 3 emails.

Product is ok,
Geek customer service was poor
I had left my old computer with charger at the geek squad desk and was documented
When picked, I was told by the service personnel that I never left charger wire with the computer, he kept denied
Once pressed , he did find the wire and returned back to me
How is that possible?
I think it is carelessness
