||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.- overall is a good product. - Value for money, - I liked the device manufacturer and material so far. - the touch and screen color are very good - the device speed are very good - the sound system is accepted - the device temperature always not going high, however the time you are consuming. - the only thing is the device weight, the device is heavier than my expectation.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as a Christmas gift for my college student Son he already had one of those apple systems laptops, but didn’t have a lot of memory so I got him this one and he was telling me how good the graphics are on it, and the fact that he has extra storage so that coming from a 20 year old means more than my review because I wouldn’t be using it in the fashion that he does so he gives it a stamp of approval .

Small, thin, lightweight enough that it doesn't kill my back carrying in backpack as I trek all across the University campus. Functions better than I expected. So glad I bought.

IA of office you ger a limited time to talk with, but its a plus, ideal secretary reponds almost everything but its updated unil 2023.

Had an old HP Elite 2 in 1 before

It has some issues I can't explain yet. Keyboard is far up. CSR on the phone told me I had to pay a restocking fee. I guess he thought it was very funny. I did not. I had to bring one laptop back as the hinges were very stiff. I brought it in the store and asked them what they thought. They said it's not supposed to be like that, to return it. So I did and I got a slightly different one. I think they didn't have the exact same one or something. I was within that 10 or 14 day return window. I went to the Best Buy when I got back home and talked to that manager about it, he said I should not have been told that. Not sure if it's off my bill or not. I just think it is insane they'd tell that anyway when I brought it back based on store employees suggestions. If you call a Best Buy store, it routes you to some place on the other side of the planet. It's terrible! It's a waste of time.
