Not the least tech savvy. It didn’t take me but a few minutes to be up and running. The guys at Best Buy were great. I’m loving it!

Unfortunately, mine arrived in a weird/damaged box, which made me uncomfortable keeping it, so I returned it. I’d recommend the laptop itself, but shipping/packaging needs improvement.

However, it has been a boon for me for work and my classes. On top of that, it has plenty of memory for several games for some R&R after a long study session. I have gotten several compliments of people wishing they had “such a nice laptop”.
