I've been a Mac user for years since I got started in web design and other graphic stuff, I wanted a PC for work when I'm out of town and also a PC that seemed capable of running PC games.... This computer checked all the boxes and more.

Good product! Great Price- thank you best buy for making buying laptop easy and convenient. I ordered the computer online, with help from chat agent and it was shipped to my home in 2 days. No hassles, convenience.

Easy to use, but tends to freeze periodically which requires a restart. Battery recharges quite quickly which is very nice. Love the shutdown process - very swift, and afterwards when ready to use, laptop restarts on its own once opened up. Was not expecting that feature!
Regarding the freezing you're encountering, first, we apologize for this inconvenience. To try to resolve this, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue.
To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We then recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.
