School wise or work wise as a simple laptop to do everyday tasks is perfect! Battery life is okay! Could be better tho and also not for gaming! It can run Roblox good but it gets hot so you can play a little bit but mainly everyday task yeah!

First, we recommend installing all available driver updates through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings. These updates are crucial to the device’s health and can affect battery performance. To check for updates in Lenovo Vantage, launch the application, then select the “Check for updates” button at the top right of the screen. To check for Windows Updates, launch the Settings app, select the Windows Update tab on the left-hand side of the page, then select the “Check for updates’ button in the top right of the page. Once the updates are installed, we recommend restarting the device.
Secondly, the Lenovo Yoga 7i lets you adjust the computer’s thermal mode. This lets your device cycle between higher-performance and quiet modes or automatically adjust based on your needs. To start, launch the Lenovo Vantage app, select the "Device Settings" tab on the left-hand side of the display, scroll down to "Power modes," and select the best mode for your needs. We suggest using Quiet mode, which will lower the temperature of your Lenovo Yoga 7i, reduce fan noise under load, and improve battery life. During gaming, we suggest changing the thermal mode to performance to get the most out of your Lenovo Yoga 7i. You can also toggle thermal modes with the Fn+Q hotkey.

Granddaughters Computer

This was purchased for my Granddaughter for College. So, it really has not been tested much. I wanted the computer to have plenty of storage and memory to get her through college. I'm very brand loyal until a brand doesnt meet my needs anymore. I knew i wanted a high def touchscreen laptop with at least 1tb of ram. After narrowing down my results to this lenova yoga tablet. It feels very well made. Touch screen is very responsive. Great long lasting battery life. Screen is very bright, great for designing.

The start up time is incredible fast, the display is beautiful, and it easily connects to my at home work station to give me a 3 screen setup. My only gripe is that the fingerprint scanner could be better, as it doesnt always read the fingerprint correctly on the first scan.
