The only negative to that is the moving over of the data for the second time in a month as this will be a replacement to an original computer that took two days to move the data. It was so full and now here we go again.

Posted .Hi, ReinierernestoR. Thank you for choosing Lenovo! Regarding your issue with battery life – there are many variables that can alter this. Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to get more battery life out of a single charge, we recommend users utilize the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance. Users can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both words. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.

When typing new password several letters do not appear and I then have trouble using the password I thought I had typed. The most satisfying thing I have done is to watch movies from PBS. I would not buy this brand again. I hope I can learn to use it and get past the passwords/pins that were mistyped and so have locked me out.

Returned because of reflecting glass screen
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I order this online and had to return it because I do not know that is and a lot of other new laptops have glass screens, which "sucks" if you are going to site and work in a environment or room where any light al all is above or behind you. I ended up buying a HP that had a "non-glare" screen - which also saved me a lot of money

Don't fall for the scam of membership.

Guessing what? I didn't get it! I went and purchased a printer to only find out I didn't have the credit in my membership I was coned into getting. Everything I was told was a lie! I was told i could switch my windows to my new laptop, which the Geek squad can't do. Now I cant sign into my account because the are using a 1990 email account I haven't had in 25 years. I updated my email when I signed up and still shows the wrong email address. I called to get it straightened out and it still is the wrong email. For a company the boast about IT and tech savy, they are far from being that. I called the number to get ot fixed again, and I get India, which after 10 minutes on hold, they dropped the call. Very, very disappointed with Best Buy!

Unfortuanlty we didnt research well enough and this does not have many of items we need and makes doing some task so hard. The user is homeschooled and to do some assignments we have to save and convert skme files and use a differemt browser than the one prefer.

They gave me a refund after I went to the store twice and spent 3 hours on the phone with support. I am not dis-satisfied with the laptop, since I never got it. I am dis-satisfied with the ability to deliver and the support I received.

Updating the camera software and more should resolve these issues, along with making several applications of face scans in various lighting and accessories worn for accuracy. Battery is not good

We wish to clarify that while the battery life listed on the product page (with applicable disclaimers) may be 10+ hours, this is based on local video playback with low screen brightness, conditions you may not using your laptop under. You'll find that user reviews for this series, others have experienced around the same battery life as yourself. If you need your system to prioritize battery life, by using the Fn + Space keys, you can toggle system thermal profiles to battery optimization to extend battery life.
