This Laptop has been fantastic. So glad I decided to go with this option. It has the speed and reliability I need in a work computer. The battery life has been excellent also!

I really enjoy this laptop! As a college student, I found it game changing to be able to be able to flip the screen back and use as a tablet for PowerPoint note taking and annotating things. I am always using the touch screen features for something and will never get another laptop that doesn’t have this future. The only reason I put this as 4 stars is because I have had an issue twice where the setting was changed without me intentionally doing it and the mouse disappeared. One time it occurred in the middle of me typing a project and the second time I was turning it on before class started and it was just gone. It’s an easy fix once you know what the problem was but it took a hot minute for me to find it on google. I am sure there is a key or something that causes this problem that I am not aware of, and definitely would still buy the product again!

I absolutely love this computer! I bought it to replace my old Lenovo Yoga that I bought in 2019, and it feels like a major upgrade! For the large size, it is still pretty light weight, and it is a pretty powerful computer for the affordable price I got it at. I highly recommend this laptop for college students that would like to get more storage and memory for a lower cost than if it were a Mac with the same specs.

I use the Lenovo -Yoga 7i strictly for work. I require a computer that holds large amounts of private client data with fast speed. This laptop does everything I require and more.

I transitioned from decades on a desktop system (with Windows 10, Edge, & a non-functioning Microsoft 365 & One Drive) to this new Lenovo Yoga laptop (with Windows 11, Chrome & a fully functional 365 & One Drive). Thank you to Best Buy's Geek Squad for getting me up & running with new equipment so quickly. This new laptop has much faster processing speed than my old system. To be honest, I'm not using the touchscreen much simply because I have used only a mouse in the past, but I look forward to mastering it when I have more time this winter. The keyboards flat keys (instead of indented ones) gave me some trouble initially but I'm quickly becoming accustomed to them. Really the only thing problematic is the top row of function keys. I have poor eyesight & struggle to find just the right head & neck position to make out the icons on these keys. Eventually I will memorize them.

Because of their Geek Squad, I chose to purchase my Lenovo Yoga laptop from Best Buy. They were able to transfer my information from my old laptop that had become very slow (Intel 3). The new laptop from Lenovo is much faster, twice the memory and the keyboard is backlit! I was lucky enough to get the laptop while preseason sales were going on...so that paid for the Total Geek Squad membership. When receiving the new laptop, I sat with the "Squad" to go over the new PC. Not being a nerd, I was able to figure any glitches out as well at home. I'm very happy with my new Lenovo and the service was great.

The Lenovo Yoga is quick and easy to maneuver. The look is sleek and I love the Charcoal Grey.

Computer is great. Downgraded due to how the order was handled. New wasn't available, but "open box excellent" was, so that's what I ordered. Received a computer in good, apparently unused condition other than smudges on the screen. But the only other item in the box was the power supply with the cord wadded up. During the 15 day return period, the price for the machine dropped by $250, but Best Buy wouldn't price match because the machine wasn't "new" and because I wasn't able to make the request in time due to electrical and internet outages at home. No help from customer service other than platitudes and pleasantries. I'd buy it again, but from another seller.

I’ve been really happy with this Lenovo Yoga 7i so far. The laptop feels fast and smooth for everyday tasks like browsing, watching videos, school work, and multitasking. The touchscreen is responsive and the 2-in-1 feature is super useful when switching between laptop and tablet mode. The display looks sharp and clear, and the battery life has been solid for daily use. I also like the build quality because it feels premium and lightweight enough to carry around easily. The 16GB RAM and 1TB storage give plenty of space and performance without slowing down. Overall, this is a great laptop for students, work, and entertainment. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and versatile laptop.

I thought I loved this product at first—the speed was great, the display looked fantastic, and the battery life was solid. But after only three months of use, the speaker started sounding garbled and the internal microphone stopped working altogether. I took it to Best Buy, and as usual, they immediately blamed “water damage,” which means they won’t take responsibility. This is definitely NOT water damage—I’ve never had it anywhere near water. It’s incredibly frustrating. They also told me that if I wanted it sent out for repair, it could take weeks, which simply doesn’t work for me. I need it for school and can not go without. Very disappointed in both the product and the support

Awesome computer perfect for college super replicable great storage

I am unfamiliar with this brand so I was a little skeptical, but so far so good! It is a very clean design and feels durable. It is much faster than my old one for sure.

great computer very fast and i like the touch screen

Purchased this Lenovo - Yoga 7i about 19-months ago. It has been a very reliable computer. I use it primarily for personal and some work. It is not my primary work computer but I run MS Office 365 installed. I have multiple spreadsheets open at a time with two browser windows and it's not uncommon for me to have 20+ tabs open on each browser while doing research. I have OneNote open for keeping my notes. I will also use a secondary browser to verify things. A very quiet computer and rare that I would ever hear the fan while running Sketchup. Battery life is just okay. Apple is the only brand I have experience with that has incredible battery life. Scree is bright and though I don't like using the touch screen because it makes a mess from my oily skin, it is very responsive and works well. I have had several Lenovo computers over the years and like the brand. They have all been reliable. Overall, I would recommend this computer for most anything you do. I have not checked into upgrades, such as increasing Memory. I've never had the need for it.

This laptop is great for basic internet use as well as games. It was very easy to setup for a non computer expert such as myself. It also has a fast speed. Very pleased with purchase.
