    Everything about the computer is good, speed, keyboard. Touchpad, touch screen and speed except ther is a sensitivity on the right side of the computet and screen that causes the screen to go black requiring a number of keys to be presses. When it comes back we must enter the windows unlock code. Probably take it back to see if BB can fix it. It isn’t notifications.

What may be happening is that you are pressing the power button on the right side of the computer, which will put the computer in sleep mode and lock the device (depending on device settings).     Love this laptop! We highly recommend this Laptop for everyday use. The touchscreen works well, so we use it as a tablet often. Good value for the money. Best Buy gave us great service, the sales person was extremely helpful. Going into the store was a pleasant experience
