I researched for a few weeks before making a decision. This laptop does everything I need it to do and so much more! The quality of it is very nice and sturdy. The buttons feel smooth and I love that it folds back into a tablet.

I also really appreciate the Geek Squad! That membership has been totally worth it- I just call them and make an appointment. They stay on time with your appointment, they understand all the tech issues, and they clarify your options, not to mention sometimes doing miracles. They saved my phone on one occasion, brought my old laptop back from the blue screen of death, and they always just take time to explain systems to me. They do it all. Johnny, Alvin, Mike and Syria- I couldn't keep up with tech without them!

Great Machine w some minor performance concers

Some apps seem to lock up when I am processing a lot of things which is just not avoidable for me. There's likely settings, etc that I could manipulate to address this but I haven't had the time,.

Regarding the performance issue you mentioned, every system has its limitations and if you are processing 'a lot of things' as you shared, this could be the cause of the problem--too many cooks in the kitchen. Although, we'd like to work with you to ensure your system is running optimally to try to improve your sentiments.
To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue by overwriting older, buggy software. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

Interesting computer

The new version of Windows and Microsoft programs are full of new features and will take some time to learn where these features are placed (hidden) inside the programs.
