Disappointing

Number 1, the computer will not connect to my printer. I took it into the Geek Squad. They disconnected the Microsoft PDF and one other pre-downloaded printer connection and said if I want them to repair it, they will have to have the computer in their shop for at least 2-3 days-the computer is an essential work life resource, so I took it home and the computer will still not connect to my printer. 2) I thought the battery was meant to last all day; 2-4 hours is the best I get. Overall, this computer does not live up to my expectations and I am not happy with Geek Squad at the moment, either.

OK laptop - expensive for what it is

Issue with touch screen - I think the keyboard stays engaged when I have it folded open to use as a tablet but without a user's guide to refer to I don't know how to fix it so I just can't use the touchscreen which is a big reason i bought this. The battery only lasts 7-8 hours.

To start, Lenovo laptops are often not sold with a physical user guide as we strive to reduce paper consumption and global climate impact. You can view the guide for this model Yoga online at this Lenovo Support link: https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles_pub/yoga_77i_2in1_ug_en.pdf, if the user guide cannot be found on your laptop (under all apps in the Start menu).
Regarding the keyboard not deactivating when using alternate modes like tablet mode, we believe this could be a software issue. To try to resolve this, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
