Excellent, Except....

The touch screen sometimes doesn't work. The "mouse" is too sensitive and jumps around too fast. These are issues which Geek Squad can help with but are not user friendly easy to figure out on one's own. The holiday price was excellent.

To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support for further assistance. Great computer, but heavy

I saw where some complaied about the power button on the side, so fsr that has not been and issue for me.

Great laptop

Not perfece, RAM is a problem.

Some just crash, Those that I have downloaded won't download the other stuff when I try to down load. My RAM is very available.

Not recommend.

The biggest problem is the mouse occasionally stops working. I cannot figure out how to fix it. So no, I wouldn't recommend it
