So far, this device has met all my expectations for a laptop and then some. As I went in person for this purchase, I can state that the employees I interacted with were helpful and professional, and they helped me to understand how to get the best deal to suit my needs. I am very happy with my new Lenovo LapTop. The computer is fast, efficient, and the battery life is surprisingly long. Having bought it at a sale price was icing on the cake. Best of all, the learning curve was not as challenging as I thought it would be. Thanks again Best Buy!

The laptop is great for working with several apps at the same time, it has good image quality, excellent speed and is practical since it converts into a tablet

It's a good laptop that can handle a medium workload. I edit videos with programs like After Effects, and it runs fine. I am also an avid gamer who greatly enjoys a custom gaming experience. This computer can run Sims 4 with mods fairly well, even if the start-up time is about a minute. Overall meets my needs a film and video student.

This laptop has plenty of original storage with the 1TB SSD. 16 GB of RAM is sufficient for the intended use of this laptop. Including a touch screen of very useful size was also critical. All together this was a great purchase for a very good price.

It works as advertised. No delays, it starts in seconds. Battery lasts over 8 hours of use. Tablet mode is very convenient.

This computer was an upgrade from an HP that died. It's a much faster computer with more memory. Windows 11 has a learning curve from Windows 10. The battery life is longer and that's a plus. I like this computer over the old one and would recommend it.

Love the design and happy with my purchase. Feels durable and touch screen is a helpful touch. Originally purchased the HP envy but this one had double the storage and nicer design

This laptop has everything we were looking for in a laptop for my college-bound son: 2-in-1, 16" 2K Touchscreen, Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, 16GB memory, and 1TB SSD. When it went on sale for $650 ($400 off the regular price) then getting it was a no-brainer.

Went in to get a new laptop to replace my 10 year old one, a 14inch HP with the 360° screen to fold into a tablet. This is just as good as that one but with a bigger screen, I honesty love it. It's good for just day to day use. So happy with it and thanks to the employee who was with me answering all my nonsense questions lol.

This is my second Lenovo this year. Love the first one so much that I bought a second one for personal use. It is a solid well made machine I am absolutely thrilled with it so far. Like I said it seems to be a very well made Solid machine. Both work great the screens are very Vivid and it's a Snappy little sucker!
