He was very helpful. The computer itself is amazing. The only complaint I have is it gets slow sometimes. But it can do a lot of things that my MacBook couldn’t.

So far it's been reliable for the limited amount of use it does get for work when I'm away from my primary set up. The RAM is a nice touch and the 16 gigs feel good with this one.
