In my opinion is Ray device for home because you can use for many purpose like watch ing. Netflix work, make homeworks if you need for what something and you should not use an additional support or something like that. Basically the same laptop is the support

Doesn’t run the game I got it for but it’s ok. Sound isn’t very good on the speakers. Battery life is also just ok.

I’ve purchased many products online over the years, including from Best Buy, and rarely encounter issues—but this experience was especially disappointing. I ordered a laptop listed as “Open-Box Excellent,” expecting near-mint condition, original accessories, and safe packaging. Instead, the shipping box arrived crushed with a torn corner. Inside, the laptop was loosely packed with only a thin layer of bubble wrap on one side. The charger was missing—likely lost during transit due to the poor packaging—and the laptop itself showed visible dings. I visited the Best Buy store in Burbank for a return, but the manager, Leo, refused to accept the item in-store, despite the return meeting Best Buy’s policy for damaged online purchases. However, he did assist me with processing the return via UPS and repacked the laptop in a new box. Best Buy needs to seriously improve its packing standards and uphold its own return policies for open-box shipments. I’ll be much more cautious with future purchases.

Laptop worked well. Only had it for 6 months. It is used very sparingly. mostly only for travel over the summer. When I got back from my most recent trip, these buttons fell off. See the picture attached. Apparently Lenovo Warranty doesn't cover defective keyboards. Nothing unusual about my trip. Laptop was in my possession in a proper laptop case the entire time while travelling. When I got home this time, keyboard buttons were loose and 2 were completely off. I took the rest off since it was not usable. Quality is terrible. Its a shame. And now the cost to fix it is out of my pocket. Never again with Lenovo. I thought I liked them.

Terrible service from Best Buy and the delivery company Roadie, which they hired. I have been a victim and abused by both companies. On Saturday, April 19, 2025, I was robbed by a Roadie delivery driver who simulated a delivery and sent a blurry image of where he was leaving my order in a location that was not my home. From that moment on, I went out to look for my order since I had been monitoring it. I managed to locate the place where he had supposedly left my order. A neighbor pointed me out, and the video from a neighbor's camera shows how the delivery driver placed the package, took a photo, and then took it back with him, confirming it as delivered. I immediately contacted Best Buy by all means since I made the purchase with that company. Their response was that they had nothing to do with my order since they delivered it to Roadie. I called Roadie, and they said they delivered.
