    I bought this computer due to my old one finally taking its last breath my old computer was a lenova and was a great computer so i decided on getting the same brand again and so far just like the old one i am very satisfied

    I am quite disappointed with this product. Number 1, the computer will not connect to my printer. I took it into the Geek Squad. They disconnected the Microsoft PDF and one other pre-downloaded printer connection and said if I want them to repair it, they will have to have the computer in their shop for at least 2-3 days-the computer is an essential work life resource, so I took it home and the computer will still not connect to my printer. 2) I thought the battery was meant to last all day; 2-4 hours is the best I get. Overall, this computer does not live up to my expectations and I am not happy with Geek Squad at the moment, either.
