I would recommend this laptop

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So far im really liking this computer, navigating it has been relatively easy as well as making it run on chrome instead of windows. I will say the battery doesnt seem great as i left it on the counter no tabs open and it died the next day so that was slightly disappointing but so far the graphics as well as mainly everything else is super nice.

If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.

I am very happy with it. My only criticism is that it would be nice to have more USB slots.

This worked initially but stopped after a few days. Second issue is USB slot not recognizing my USB drive. This item I'm sure I'll find a fix for, but should I have to? It should work out the box. No other complaints.

To start, regarding facial recognition troubles with Windows Hello, please visit the webpage tied to this Microsoft Support webpage: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-hello-common-issues-and-troubleshooting-tips-bf68539e-e95e-48b6-a6cb-455649db3887, that shares steps to follow to address this problem.
With the USB drive not recognizing the drive, try rebooting the computer and inserting the drive into another device to ensure the drive is working. If this doesn't resolve it, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
