A little slow

To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

Very underwhelming

Always lagging on simple programs like Excel and Adobe Acrobat. Very underwhelming. One of the few laptops that still has the ten key pad so added a star for that. Lock/Power button on the side in a horrible spot, very easy to incidentally hit. Very disappointing.

Lenovo Yoga is probably the most frustrating out of all of them. Its constantly updating and rebooting. The power button is on the side...very stupid location. When Microsoft isn't updating then Lenovo is! The keyboard skips lines when you type...already tried multiple times to fix the issue. Had to get an external keyboard. Warranty is up...too many dumb issues for a laptop that's only over a year old...constantly having to troubleshoot...get something else...

Absolutely Wrong

Though the young man who helped me was very polite, I bought exactly the wrong device. I went back the next day. The man at the Geek desk told me I had the wrong device and that I needed a refund. He sent me a man who was polite but misinformed me that I just needed to download some other programs and then my device would work with my knitting programs. It didn't. I spent an hour with the Geek Squad by phone and succeeded in getting icons on my laptop that take me to the websites to download my programs but then I read, not available for this device. So I am now stuck with something I have to pay for but I cannot use. This is unacceptable.

Regarding the resolution, 2K resolution is one of multiple high-definition image resolution standards. The primary difference is that 2K resolution can refer to more than one image size. For this reason, 2K is generally accepted as an umbrella term. It is typically used when referring to the motion picture industry, as many films are projected at this standard.
These resolutions are defined by the Digital Cinema Initiatives, or DCI, a governing body comprised of major motion picture studios. The 1920x1200 resolution is considered as 2K, as the horizontal resolution (number of pixels across the display) meets the parameters to fall under the 2K umbrella.

Warped TrackPad

It might sound minor when not dealing with it daily, but shouldn't have this issue with a new computer. Its fine otherwise.

Hardware malfunctions

The sound comparison is horrible. The touchscreen glitches and on the right side of the screen it’s as if someone is pressing the screen and the cursor goes stops working. I have to log out and then back in to make it come back. It’s heavier than the last one and the battery is less powerful.

To help resolve your issue, first, we recommend checking for updates through Windows Update settings. These updates can help resolve issues from operating system bugs to driver software improvements. To navigate there, select start on the taskbar (windows logo) or press the windows key on the keyboard then select Settings. In Settings, select Windows Update, and then select the Check For Updates button. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required. If you didn’t have any updates that required a restart, it’s still a good idea to restart your device to make sure any pending updates are installed. Additionally, check for updates in the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled on Windows devices. You can check by opening the app and selecting the “check for updates” option. If there are updates to install, follow the onscreen directions to finalize those updates. If your issues persist after these steps, we then recommend that you reach out Lenovo Support at this number for assistance: 877-453-6686. Keyboard failed in less than 9 months

Less than 9 months and the machine had issues. I had never dropped the laptop and was very careful with transporting it, protective case, and all. THANK GOODNESS I purchased Best Buy Total or else I would have had to pay out of pocket to diagnose and fix a brand-new computer. Even though Geek Squad was helpful at the store, it still took 3 weeks to get my fixed machine back. They replaced the bottom part of the laptop with a refurbished piece (visible dents and scrapes) which is not something you want on a machine you paid nearly $700 for less than a year ago. Don't buy this laptop unless you purchase insurance with it.
