Bought this one so i could run Windows 11. So far it performs as expected. The first one was a little lighter and smaller, but also had a smaller screen.

It died and I needed a new one. The sales person was really helpful and helped me pick one that fit my needs. I really like this laptop. It has several good features that my old one didn't have. I'll definitely keep Lenovo in mind and buy from Best Buy again when I need tech.

At first I was struggling with the computer,I called for an appointment because I was not properly comfortable with it. Didnt know how to turn it on/off. So I went in for the appointment, Did have problems with the person who was suppose to help,his attitude was not someone I would buy a computer from. His started to get sassy and impatient with me. I stood my grounds after buying a computer that cost $900, not knowing that the computer needed to be updated and I had to purchase the Microsoft program $150. But thank God, the Manager came to my rescue and understood my frustration. He helped update the programs and prepare my computer so I could do my assignments from college. I personally owe him a big ALOHA!

Great For Multitasking

The laptop runs really smooth, is great at multitasking, and I have even work while I play games. The touchscreen is seamless and the fingerprint sign in makes using the laptop a much better experience. The only problem I’ve had is the laptop one or twice didn’t turn off when I closed it and got hot in my computer case, but it didn’t damage the laptop itself

I thought she could play mobile games on it. Didn’t realize it can’t play them. Ugh. I thought tablet mode meant it became a “tablet.” I feel dumb. Now I have to buy a tablet to play her games. Oh and when she plays Roblox. The battery only lasts 2 hours!!! That game really drains the battery! The laptop has a gaming mode which is good. Before the game lagged. But once she put it in gaming mode it was fine.

Great computer for the price

I watched a few movies all the way through and the battery was still at 50%. Can play basic games like minecraft and factorio easily too. And I love that it has a USB-C charger so I can just use my 20W phone charger in a pinch! Screen quality is excellent although a bit glossy I barely notice at this point. Having a numpad and backlit keyboard is wonderful too.

Great laptop

I love the touch screen and that it can be used as a tablet, as well. My job takes me all over, so it’s perfect for that. The battery life is also fantastic!
