Great performance, all updated software great price and with very knowledgeable sales person. The transition from old laptop to new laptop was very easy and quick with Geek Squad.

He loves it, especially because this laptop still has the number pad on the side of the keyboard.

Affordable laptop with benefits

Easy to set up

It was easy for me to set up myself without an appointment at Best Buy. I use it for work and was able to get back to my clients the next day. I don't know about battery life ad I leave it plugged in at my desk.

It's more compact than my HP's so it's going to take time to get used to it but it's so much easier to carry. Just a little disappointed that laptops no longer have the internal CD drive but will invest in an external one.
