easy opening

The only issue I've had is with Best Buy and their price match. I've called twice over 2 months waiting for my $372 refund. Not happy about that. Last call i had to talk to 5 people.

Disappointed so Far

My old dinosaur Dell laptop was faster but has similar abilities. It takes 5-10 seconds to connect with my wireless printer. I don't know if its the laptop or whether Geek Squad didn't do a good job setting it up. I'm having someone else come in to try to resolve the issues.

Buy something else...frustrating issues...

Lenovo Yoga is probably the most frustrating out of all of them. Its constantly updating and rebooting. The power button is on the side...very stupid location. When Microsoft isn't updating then Lenovo is! The keyboard skips lines when you type...already tried multiple times to fix the issue. Had to get an external keyboard. Warranty is up...too many dumb issues for a laptop that's only over a year old...constantly having to troubleshoot...get something else...

The biggest problem is the mouse occasionally stops working. I cannot figure out how to fix it. So no, I wouldn't recommend it

To try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support for further assistance.

The only negative to that is the moving over of the data for the second time in a month as this will be a replacement to an original computer that took two days to move the data. It was so full and now here we go again.

Power button is not in right place

Keyboard backlit is always turn on even laptop screen went in sleep mode, this is making drain battery faster. Numlock backlight is too shiny, you can reduce it. Left side USB's edge is too sharp, it can cut my fingers easily.
