Freezes often

Or let me clarify- the entire computer doesn’t freeze but certain things do. For example if I want to click on the setting button or an internet browser, nothing will open. It’s just frozen and nothing reacts to your clicking. So you have no choice but to restart it. And in the restart process it also freezes and doesn’t fully restart so you have to hold down the power button to do a hard restart. I loved the amazing reviews on this, it had better reviews than many other laptops. But this is just sad. I would’ve given it great reviews in the first few months as well, but this just randomly started occurring.

To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. First, regarding system performance, since you said this occurred after a Windows update, we recommend applying the latest update available, as Microsoft has made several changes to Windows recently. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, we recommend updating system drivers and other important software as well via the Lenovo Vantage app. To do this, please open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

Battery is not good

We wish to clarify that while the battery life listed on the product page (with applicable disclaimers) may be 10+ hours, this is based on local video playback with low screen brightness, conditions you may not using your laptop under. You'll find that user reviews for this series, others have experienced around the same battery life as yourself. If you need your system to prioritize battery life, by using the Fn + Space keys, you can toggle system thermal profiles to battery optimization to extend battery life.
