    Difficult to use: I have 48 years computer experience and this computer is not user-friendly. Frankly, I’m disappointed. Icons are tiny and at the bottom of the screen, and I cannot see them.

    I am used to using an HP, I guess old happens are hard to break. The HP was years old ,so I am sure things have changed. I am not used to opening the cover and the computer turning on. Not a major problem, just different.

    I love the sleek yet useful setup of lenovo product.the keyboard isnt bulky like HP. Set upwas simple. This is my 3 lenovo and i like the brand. My last computer lasted over 6.5 years. Of course we are all lookingfor a good deal. Love when on sale

    I was leaving the laptop plugged in to charging all of the time as I did with my last laptop. But apparently this may cause overheating with the Lenovo. It also seems slow on the uptake.

      To try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button.

      If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.
