    Excessive installations of junk applications

    Once the laptop was completed through the build stage, the laptop booted up with many applications which needed to be purchased after the trial time. These applications were forced into the setup without human prompting whether to approval or deny.

    Why do I have to restart every time I need to use the physical keyboard?!?! Boot up, no keyboard, restart, keyboard! Done with Lenovo and Best Buy.

    Less than a month after I bought it I had problems with the touch-screen and BestBuy would not take back since they have a 2 week return policy. Now less than a year later the touchpad won't work, I need a mouse.

    Not impressed for the price

    If i could give it 0 stars i would. Plugged it in and fully charged it. Started to do the initial set up. Couldnt figure out why the home and end buttons didnt work, no clue i had to push control first. After about 20 minutes of setting up, my battery says i have 1 hour 14 mins left (71%). Well thats not gonna work, i need something to at least last me the day. Deleted my stuff and went back to my HP roots. Never again will i try any lenovo product.

Regarding battery life, by default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend users utilize the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power).     This is my second yogi Lenovo. It loses the keyboard and touchpad, just like my prior which was 2 years old. It is not the laptop alone, windows causes the problem.

    I would give it zero stars. Got the laptop today and it didnt turn on..not even while being charged. The box it came in was torn and in bad shape. I was so excited to receive this laptop but it turned out to be such a bad experience..Now i have to go through the trouble of taking it back to the store to get a refund. Such a disappointment. Maybe buying refurbished is not a good thing. ..and from Best Buy of all places.

    A month old and it crapped out. Disgusting. Just hope it is a lemon and not all are like that. Now we have to deal with getting it serviced in a hurry, which is very difficult.

    Worse computer ever. Constantly having to do updates. The cursor has disappeared numerous times. We’ve checked all settings, looked for driver updates, reset to default settings, rebooted the computer and nothing. My son bought this for his first year college because the salesman talked him out of a MacBook and he’s regretted it ever since. He has difficulty completing assignments with ease and has been using the computer lab in campus.

      Hey ShannonM, we're sorry to hear that your son has had trouble with his Yoga. To try to resolve this, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps: 1. Perform a static discharge/power cycle. To do so, first remove all cables connected to the device (power adapter, HDMI, external mouse, external keyboard, etc.). 2. Be sure device is powered off, then. press and hold the power button down for 60 seconds. When done, re-attach all cables and insert the power adapter, letting the laptop charge for a couple minutes, then power up the machine as usual. 3. Try to update the drivers on the Lenovo Support site: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/. A recent update should resolve the cursor issue (apologies for more updates since this has been a pain point for you. We wish to make sure you have the latest software possible). Type the machine serial number (S/N) on the search bar. Hit enter to search the details regarding that unit. Click on the Drivers and Software tab, head to the Manual Update tab. Filter the Operating System drop-down to Windows 11 and proceed to downloading / updating the drivers. Restart your laptop when updates are done. If your issue persists after these steps, we then recommend contacting Lenovo Support directly at this number: 855-253-6686, to work with a representative for more in-depth troubleshooting.
