Posted .Hi, ToriM, thank you for choosing Lenovo! Great news, it should come equipped with keyboard backlighting. This can be turned on either in the Lenovo Vantage app under device settings, or more conveniently, by pressing the Fn and spacebar keys simultaneously. Pressing this combination once will activate it at the lower brightness setting. Press these keys again and it will be at its brightest, then once again for off. We are glad to hear that your Yoga has been awesome, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.

First, regarding system performance, since you said this occurred after a Windows update, we recommend applying the latest update available, as Microsoft has made several changes to Windows recently. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, we recommend updating system drivers and other important software as well via the Lenovo Vantage app. To do this, please open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

Unfortuanlty we didnt research well enough and this does not have many of items we need and makes doing some task so hard. The user is homeschooled and to do some assignments we have to save and convert skme files and use a differemt browser than the one prefer.

Unreliable Wi-Fi Connectivity

The power button is hard to find on the side and does not protrude enough to make it easy to find without looking for it. However, I have had a major problem with this device. Wi-Fi connectivity with this laptop is terribly unreliable. If I weren't beyond the return date, I would exchange for an HP, because the HP laptops I have had for years never had this problem. When I start using this Yoga, the Wi-Fi is often disconnected, and will only reconnect when I run the Network Troubleshooter. This is extremely frustrating for me with a laptop I have only had for a month. I do not recommend that anyone purchase this laptop.

By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to get more battery life out of a single charge, we recommend users utilize the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance. Users can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both words. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.
