Super fast PC with lots of storage and excellent build quality. Just don’t like the logo next to the touchpad. Experience with BB representatives were good as always.

Quite a "wizbang" machine. Soooo much faster! The bargain at best buy ws too good to pass up. Probably much more machine than I need right now. Still getting used to it. Very pleased with all the features. Highly recommend to those updating.

The touch screen makes such a difference in using the computer. The computer has more than enough memory for my mega amount of pictures. The computer itself is light and the perfect for watching videos.

LeBron was an excellent salesperson, and helped me choose my new laptop. Andre in the Geek Squad was very helpful in helping me get the Microsoft 365 installed, and to transfer the 19,000 photos to my new laptop.

Great laptop

It’s fast and the large screen is so nice! The colors are fantastic. The salesman who helped me talked to me about several laptops but I kept coming back to this one. The price was fantastic as well. He loves it, especially because this laptop still has the number pad on the side of the keyboard.
