    I purchased this to replace another Lenovo on which the keyboard stopped working. Like the laptop however, it would not connect with internet access. A day or so later the keyboard stopped. Called Tech support and took in store. This one was having issues so they returned it and I asked they replace with same model. Which they did willingly. The new one works perfectly!

    So far I've been very happy with this laptop. I was planning on buying a smaller on but this one has been fine. I am hopeful that it lives up to my expectations for longevity. I'm very pleased to have a Lenovo again, and especially the number pad. Such an improvement over my last laptop!

    So far I like this Lenovo. The screen is a good size and text and graphics appear very sharp and clear. The speed is good, and while it's a little heavier than some it's not unmanageable. I haven't used the tablet option yet but that's coming. The only thing I really don't like is that it has lousy battery life. I'm not a gamer but I do occasionally play casino games. I think the specs say the battery life is 13 hours but I find I get less than half of that, even with the system optimized as much as possible. So...a decent laptop with a lot going for it for a reasonable price. But if you plan to work on it a lot without being near a power source you may want to think twice.

    This is a super nice laptop. Thanks to the great sales team at the store I was able to get a perfect fit device for exactly what I needed. Also got all the techno info explained to me in a way I understood. With all the input I received I ended up buying a more powerful laptop at a lower price than the ones I initially came in to look at!
