    Bought this for my college aged daughter. Brand new machine died during the setup process. She took it to BB to help fix what looked like a bricked machine, but BB woud not help without collecting $200 geek squad payment. Very disappointed in BB post-sales support. Over the many years, I've set up at least a couple of Windows machines and never experienced the problems that my daughter experienced with this machine. Thankfully, she was able to get help with her campus IT support to fix these issues and the machine is now usable. Very disappointed with BB post sales and the very fact that this product failed during setup.

      To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, applying all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
