She's so heavy....

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

The sound keeps cutting in and out, which is very frustrating and disappointing for such a new device.

Regarding your issue with battery life – there are many variables that contribute to shorter battery life. Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.

Bad tv due to a software error

The screen quality is pretty good for 2k, plus there is not a lot of glare in the sunlight. Despite not being a laptop dedicated for gaming, it is still capable of running some lower tier games. Also, the large screen allows for me to see more code, making it a perfect coding/ work laptop. The battery life is also phenomenal. I can easily go hours without having to worry about plugging it in.

Nice laptop for work

It’s lightweight, fast, and the AI features show promise for enhancing hardware performance—though that will be proven over time. As for Best Buy, there's room to improve their customer service via chat. I encountered issues adjusting the pickup process for a third party, and the pickup location was mistakenly changed. Unfortunately, Best Buy didn’t catch the error, which led to visits to two separate locations before the order was successfully collected.
