    The laptop and value was fine. The problem was the tech support (I am a total tech member) wanted 3 days to set it up. I had to do it myself. They need to hire more staff at my local store---Fair Lakes VA

    Its annice laptop but i dont loke the fsct that macafee has been invedded into the system with their advertisements… Get rid of the advertisement makes you want to return for another device
