    Loved the computer we did have to return it and get a new one in the first week though because the mouse pad stopped working.

  • Poor Quality Controls ruin an otherwise good PC

    This was a purchase to replace my wife's aging Asus laptop. In total I ended up getting two units. The first unit was immediately defective out of the box, the system would blue screen whenever it tried to connect to WiFi. The second worked well for a week, but in that time the mouse pad developed a crunchy feeling and sound when pressed, and the system would suddenly slow down and produce App errors for systems applications. When it finally started to crash unexpectedly, I returned it again. Didn't even last two weeks.

    I’m so disappointed as it is already a month I didn’t receive my refund, I call them every week and they say next 7-10 business days, still no refund

    The laptop works great. The screen quality is pretty good for 2k, plus there is not a lot of glare in the sunlight. Despite not being a laptop dedicated for gaming, it is still capable of running some lower tier games. Also, the large screen allows for me to see more code, making it a perfect coding/ work laptop. The battery life is also phenomenal. I can easily go hours without having to worry about plugging it in.

    The laptop is excellent and meets all expectations. It’s lightweight, fast, and the AI features show promise for enhancing hardware performance—though that will be proven over time. As for Best Buy, there's room to improve their customer service via chat. I encountered issues adjusting the pickup process for a third party, and the pickup location was mistakenly changed. Unfortunately, Best Buy didn’t catch the error, which led to visits to two separate locations before the order was successfully collected.
