    I love this computer! I noticed it right away when I walked in. At first, I was a little skeptical about buying it since it was a bit pricey, but the sales associate provided more information and completely sold me. It’s simple to use, and I haven’t had any problems with it. I absolutely love it, if you’re looking for a reliable computer, this is the one!

  • Touchscreen, keypad and backlit keyboard

    I like that it has a touchscreen, keypad and backlit keyboard. It has the option to fold in multiple directions which is nice. The setup questions are long. I would prefer to have less intervention with setup. i would also like to have an easy way to disable CoPilot. I haven't had much time to use it yet, but so far it is okay for a Win11 PC. Still trying to get it setup with the features that I like.

    have been using it for a while now. No issues, highly recommend. Only problem is that there's only one USB port, while the AMD versions have 2.

    Good, solid machine. The screen is bigger than I am used to for a laptop, which is good. I do have a learning curve for some of the particulars, and I may have to visit with the Geek Squad with some of my questions. Otherwise, very pleased.

    I have had this laptop for almost two months and have been having some issues with the speed of it. When using apps like OneNote, it has some lagging when drawing with the touch screen. This is so far the only problem I have encountered. Everything else is great!
