If I knew more about the newer features I might use them. And when you are setting up your computer and have to take all the tutorials, it becomes over whelming. I hope to figure all the new technology some day.

It has a full keyboard which is also nice. The hinge seems way too stiff though which seems like it could cause you to bust off the screen. Other than that its a good budget laptop with long bettery life and smooth processing.

It is quite a bit lighter than my old 17" HP Envy. I wish the instructions were clearer, but that seems to be the way most products come that way - written by someone who already is an expert. Plus, Microsoft has managed to make things much more complicated. Best Buy's service was very good.
